"Awful experience"
What a terrible experience! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

My account got suspended on February 14th, and they asked for some documents, which I sent right away. But I haven't heard a peep from them—no acknowledgment, no emails back. I've been trying to reach out through calls and emails for the last week, and still nothing. I'm starting to wonder if this company is even still in business. At the very least, they should respond or give me my money back. This has been the worst service I've ever encountered.
